What a fantastic acmmhpliscoent and an outstanding photo to go along with it! I believe scouts are so honorable, and it is a wonderful achievement. Great job Daniel and great job Brad!
In 2008, Mr. Horne was the inaugural recipient of the Walking Eagle Award. The award is given to an individual who spreads the message of the state Libertarian party to as many voters and citizens as possible.  The award itself is a current year proof version of the American Silver Eagle which showcases the "Walking Liberty" design first used on early 20th century half-dollars.
