Paul Darr is a Systems Administrator from San Antonio, Texas. He is currently the Vice-President of Silver Oaks Home Owners Association (2018 to present) in an unincorporated portion of Bexar County where he represents over 5,000 residents. Darr previously lived in San Bernardino California where he served as an At-Large Representative of the Libertarian Party of California from 2011 to 2012 before deploying to Afghanistan with the US Army. Darr also served as chair of the San Bernardino County Libertarian Party from 2009 to 2012 after the resignation of Michael McMahon. Prior to that Darr served as an At-Large Officer of the San Bernardino County Libertarian Party from 2007 to 2009. Darr also deployed with the US Army to Iraq 2005 to 2006.

Paul Darr is also known for his social media presence where he was as a moderator of the Libertarian Party Google+ Community from 2015 to 2019. Before that Darr was a moderator of the Libertarian Google+ Community from 2012 to 2015.
