William "Bill" O'Donnell is a Libertarian Party activist. He is the current Vice-Chair of the Westchester-Putnam Libertarian Party since the two counties formed a multi-county affiliate. Previously, he was the County Contact (2020-2021) and Chair (2021-2025) of the Putnam County Libertarian Party.
