I'm having trouble parsing what you just said. If you mean non-candidate contacts with the US Libertarian Party, we have three different levels. First is the county chair if there is one. In Texas, the vast majority of Texas residents have a chair in their county, unless it's Tarrant County, which elected [[NOTA]] for its chair at its recent county convention. | |||
