 A Party Rules Committee was established in November 2018, and existed in different capacities afterward. The Party Rules Committee under the FLP was dissolved on June 2, 2019.
-On February 24, 2019, a committee was created by the Interim State Committee in which [[Fred Cole]] and [[Mark Glogowski]] were nominated and accepted to chair the committee. [[Gary Popkin]] was nominated but declined. Cole was elected Chair by a vote of 8-7-2. The committee had little activity until the spring of 2020.
