*October 12, 2022 - LPVA member and petition spokesperson [[Jason Bruce]] submits over 80 member signatures<ref name="General State Convention Petition Signatories">{{Citation|url=https://www.petitions.net/signatures/lpva-convention-2022/|title=General State Convention Petition Signatories|publisher=Jason Bruce|accessdate=13 October 2022 |deadurl=no}}</ref> to the LPVA SCC to call a [[Virginia Convention 2022 - General Convention|General State Convention]]. Per the {{MediaNewTab|VA-Constitution 2020.pdf|LPVA Constitution}} signatures of twenty percent of the membership is required to call a General State Convention (Art. V Sec. 7). As of October 12, 2022 the LPVA membership rolls contained 306 active members, meaning 62 member signatures are required to call a General State Convention.
