-The document title below “Bylaws and Convention Rules” is incorrect.  It was placed here by the National LP and they refuse to correct it.  The proper title is Party Rules.  The Libertarian Party of Texas of governed primary by Party Rules promulgated as required under the Texas Election Code.  Since 2018 there is a secondary document referred to as Bylaws governing the operations of the State Executive Committee.  Finally there is a Policy Manual dealing with day to day activities of the party.
