At the hearing, Judicial Committee Chair [[Mary Ruwart]] strongly urged the parties to resolve this between themselves prior to a ruling. To that end, immediately after the hearing [[Caryn Ann Harlos]] contacted [[Whitney Bilyeu]] but did not receive a response.
