The article says - "Sharpe is also a Bleeding-Heart Libertarian" - that is a specific group of people (an organization with a website). I have no knowledge that Larry is formally affiliated with that site. Nor do I think he would describe for himself the beliefs (such as the NAP being disposable). Being empathic in communication style isn't the same thing - neither is skewing left of center - perhaps it would be correct in uncapitalized letters as then not a proper noun. It appears this was just copy-pasted from other wiki articles on the web. Will be removing if no challenge with substantiation.
