Members of the Temporary Executive Committee were appointed by the Steering Committee on a regional basis. Though 8 regions were drawn out, it is unclear if some regions had more representation on the committee than others as at 2 members are listed for some regions. Additionally, no member was listed for [[Region 7]].

Membership was open to the entire LNC as well a few selected activists as well.
