It appears you have the extension that can do this via [[Special:RenameUser]]. I have a decent amount of free time and am willing to help with basically any maintenance necessary, so if there’s anything I can do please leave a message on my talk page or email me. Also, this site has no valid SSL certificate; it’s best to fix that as it could dissuade people from coming to this site. I’m not sure who hosts this but it shouldn’t be too hard.
