The parties backing this amendment, including many libertarians, need 70,000 signatures, and already have about 40% of that goal, as of this writing.  The deadline is the 31st of July, so please help.  More information can be obtained by contacting [[Steve Shoe]].  He is the full time coordinator of this project and can be reached during the dat at 292-0514.
