	I ~~apologize for my inactivity. Health issues~~ and ~~state affiliate business have been limiting how much time volunteer time I have available~~. ~~I plan to~~ get back to ~~OCRing ASAP~~.		I became chair of the Montana Libertarian Party on September 9th and am still adjusting to responsibilities. Will get back to working on LPedia once I get my bearings.
