Ebarb was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and raised just outside of Shreveport in Greenwood, Louisiana. He attended C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport and graduated in 2012. While at C.E. Byrd, he was in JROTC for 4 years and served as the JROTC Armed Drill Team Commander for 2 1/2 years.
