Otto Dassing is the current LNC Region 5 Representative on the Libertarian National Committee. He is also an At-Large Member of the Libertarian Party of Maryland and the Vice-Chair of the Baltimore County Libertarians as well as a former Regional Alternate of LNC Region 5 on the Libertarian National Committee.

Otto was seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of Maryland at the 2020 National Convention at the 2020, 2022, and 2024 national conventions.
