The Niagara County Libertarian Party is a former affiliate of the Libertarian Party of New York. A chapter was originally formed in 2015 and decharted in 2017 after inactivity. On May 5, 2019, the ICO charter was approved by the Interim State Committee.
History
Kim Ruff was the Temporary County Chair in the summer of 2015 and worked to form a chapter, which was chartered in August 2015. In 2018, Charlie Flynn began working to form a chapter, and later, Interim County Organization. They held thier inaugural convention on April 6, 2019 and were affiliated by the ISC on May 5, 2019. After Flynn and Ligammari were removed in August 2020, Nick Phelps became chair. By December 2020, with the resignation of Phelps, all officer positions were vacant. The affiliation was revoked by the State Committee on January 31, 2021.
