The Libertarian Party of New York State Committee for 2020—2022 will be elected at the June 2020 primary. The officers and at-large committee members will be elected at a meeting to be held in September 2020.

Primary

A primary election will be held in June 2020 to select members of the State Committee by Judicial District.

Positions

Each Judicial District will be allocated 2 members, plus 1 member for every 4,000 votes in the last gubernatorial election, and 1 member for every 400 enrolled Libertarians.
