Madera County was for some time part of Region 10 (Valley Libertarians) of the Libertarian Party of California, at other times part of a two-county "Madera/Mariposa" region, in the numbering system in which regions generally corresponded to counties.
Madera County was part of Region 8 in the earlier 20-region numbering system.
