Michael Robert Rebmann (August 18, 1957—August 15, 2024) was a Libertarian Party activist from New York, who served on the Libertarian Party of New York State Committee from 2021 until his death in 2024. He enjoyed camping and nature photography, and hoped that one day, New York would pivot from being one of the most unfree states to the freest.

[He] was born on August 18, 1957, in Alden, New York, a son of Robert Frederick Rebmann (1933—2018) and Elizabeth Marie Gyoerkoe Rebmann (1937—2014). He attended Alden Senior High School, graduating in the class of 1975. He earned an Associate's in Applied Science degree ...

You Can Help!

  • Find an identified needed article with a red link, click here for a list of missing but linked to articles, or create your article as shown below.

Check your state party article. Is it up to date? Do you know information about its history or some of its past chairs, officers, and the like that can be added? DO you have information on a topic listed on one of these lists? Can you think of things to add to one of those lists?

You can also:

  • Refine an article stub into something more complete,
  • Update one of these articles,
  • Or simply tidy up an article in this category.

How to Help

You may create new pages, edit, discuss or update any content within this site.

This is a resource provided by the Libertarian Party to its members and the general public.

First, create an account by going HERE -- or else donate your content anonymously (however, anonymous accounts are restricted on protected pages).

To improve, update, or correct an article, sign in and click on the article's edit tab at the top of the page. You can click on the Show preview button to test your revision and press Save page button when you are finished with it.

To create a new article, simply add the name of the page that you would like to create to your browser's address bar. If the title contains two or more words, add an underscore instead of a space. For example, the address for the article about current national chair Bill Redpath is written as follows:

    http://www.lpedia.org/index.php/Bill_Redpath

You would then see a page telling you that the article did not exist (unless it already exists, as is the case). Simply click on the edit tab to create and save your entry as described above.

If your editing skills aren't as good as you wish they were, note that you can improve the article later, and so can any other editor.

You can also create a user page in the form of User:YourUserName or just click on the red link of your user name to tell other editors about yourself and decorate it with Wikipedia-style userboxes.

  • An offsite guide to Wiki formatting can be found Here.

Signing your comments

If you have questions or comments about any page then click on the "discussion" tab and type in the edit box.

When you add comments to User_talk pages, please sign using
-- ~~~~, this automatically adds your signature and a time and date stamp in UTC like so:
-- MikeD 09:15, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Anonymous users (those not logged in) should also sign with some sort of ID, like for instance
-- JoeBloggs ~~~~~ which would result in something like the following:
-- JoeBloggs 09:15, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
