The Libertarian Party of New York is governed by Bylaws. This document remains in effect from year to year unless amended in convention (1973—2019) or by the State Committee (since 2019).
Bylaws and Rules
Since 2018, the LPNY has used rules as their governing document, the term used by the New York State Board of Elections and New York State Election Law.
