The Wyoming Libertarian Party is the Wyoming affiliate of the Libertarian Party. in 2020, It elected Marshall Burt as a State Representative in the 39th District, making it the first State Party to elect an individual to a State Legislature since the Vermont Libertarian Party in 2002. It narrowly failed to elect Bethany Baldes to the State House in 2018 and 2020 Alike.
