A: Funding from the state is woefully lacking and not keeping current with inflation. The district actually receives $414 less per student than they did in 2008. Those cuts, combined with declining enrollment mean MPS has dropped $85.4聽million from their budget over the past seven years. These budget constraints are tragically becoming the way education in Arizona is done, and Mesa Public Schools has tried very hard to keep cuts away from the classroom. MPS does spend more budget dollars in the classroom and less budget dollars on administration than their peer districts. They are to be commended for such wise use of limited resources. When studying the data, MPS does appear to spend more on food service and transportation than their peer districts. Those may be areas we can look to save money, while maintaining high academic standards.
coach outlet store online "No," Banister said. "You start asking guys to play a certain way, and you take away their personality and what they do."

Among many other notable changes, HB 2111 made the Arizona Department of Revenue the entity to which business register for a TPT license and pay taxes. Since passage of the legislation, the Mesa Chamber of Commerce has provided its members with information and guidance in preparation for the changes.Recently, the Arizona Department of Revenue announced it is delaying the date on which businesses will register with State. The expected start date is now January 1, 2016. In short, businesses will continue to renew their licenses with the Arizona Department of Revenue AND continue to renew their licenses with the appropriate City.In the coming months Mesa businesses will continue to receive information, forms and instruction, from both the State and the Cities until the smooth transition is completed.When a business receives a form from the State and/or City, please read the instructions for completing the form(s), and submit all forms to the proper taxing jurisdiction by the due date indicated. It is very important that businesses return the completed form and payment, if applicable, to the correct entity for handling and processing.If you have questions, please contact the Mesa Chamber of Commerce.Please find below a link to the 2015 License and Renewal Cover Letter from the City of Mesa.

It will host the New York Rangers in Game 1 on Wednesday night.

鈥淲e鈥檝e battled back so many times this year and so many times in these playoffs, we said, 鈥榃hy not again today?鈥?鈥?said Justin Williams, who had a goal and an assist. 鈥淚t was a total team effort, every single guy here giving everything they鈥檝e got.鈥?/p>
Martinez鈥檚 shot went off Blackhawks defenseman Nick Leddy and fluttered over goalie Corey Crawford, stunning the sellout crowd of 22,315 at the United Center and leading to a wild on-ice celebration for L.A. Leddy and Crawford hunched over as the Kings huddled along the boards.

鈥淚 didn鈥檛 really see it go in,鈥?Martinez said. 鈥淚 know it went off a couple bodies. I just tried to get it through and fortunately it went in.鈥?/p>
Patrick Sharp scored twice for the Blackhawks, who blew a 2-0 lead Sunday. Brandon Saad had a goal and an assist, and Patrick Kane had two more assists.

Chicago鈥檚 loss means Detroit is still the last team to win back-to-back NHL titles in 1997 and 1998.

鈥淚鈥檝e lost some tough games but nothing like tonight,鈥?Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said.

The Kings became the first team to play 21 games through the first three rounds of the playoffs and make it to the NHL finals. The 2002 Avalanche and 1993 Maple Leafs also played the maximum amount of games through three series, but they lost in Game 7 of the conference championships.

Los Angeles is the only team to play all three of those Game 7s on the road.

鈥淵ou need everybody when you get to Game 7. You鈥檙e not into the individual part of it,鈥?Kings coach Darryl Sutter said. 鈥淭here鈥檚 always guys that score big goals, make big plays. But you need everybody in your lineup.鈥?/p>
Tyler Toffoli had a goal and an assist for the Kings, who once held a 3-1 lead in the series, only to have the Blackhawks come back to force Game 7. Jeff Carter scored his ninth playoff goal in the first, and Marian Gaborik had the tying goal midway through the third period.

The Kings also got 37 saves from Jonathan Quick in another resilient performance for Sutter鈥檚 team. Los Angeles trailed San Jose 3-0 in its first-round series and was down 3-2 to top-seeded Anaheim in the second round before rallying each time.

鈥淚t鈥檚 just a great group to be part of,鈥?Quick said. 鈥淚 feel very fortunate to be with the guys. Obviously our journey鈥檚 not done yet and we鈥檝e got a lot of work here coming up. New York鈥檚 an awesome team. They beat great teams, so they鈥檙e battle-tested as well so we鈥檝e got a lot to get ready for.鈥?/p>
Gaborik, Williams and Mike Richards each moved to 7-0 in Game 7s. Sutter moved to 7-3 in such games, breaking a tie with Chicago adviser Scotty Bowman and Pat Burns for the NHL record for most coaching wins in Game 7s.

Sharp sent a big power-play drive past Quick to give the Blackhawks a 4-3 lead at 18:25 of the second. But Gaborik responded with his NHL-best 12th playoff goal at 7:17 of the third, setting the stage for a frantic finish to regulation.

Quick turned away prime opportunities for Sharp and Bryan Bickell before he made a terrific save on Andrew Shaw in the final seconds.

Jonathan Toews also scored for the Blackhawks, and Crawford finished with 27 saves.

鈥淭his was a tough way to go down. This one鈥檚 going to sting for a while,鈥?Toews said.

锘?/p>

==History==

===Ballot Access===
The Libertarian Party of Arkansas was able to put the national presidential candidate on the ballot for much of its history but it didn't gain ballot access for state and local candidates until 2011 when the Libertarian Party of Arkansas turned in more than 16,000 signatures to the Secretary of State. Starting in {{Event|year=2012|event=Ballot Access}}, the party can run Libertarian candidates in Arkansas for the first time. In 2023, it had to get {{MediaNewTab|AR-2023-10-27 Ballot-Qualified.pdf|recognized again as a newly organized political party}} through the petition process.

History

Ballot Access

The Libertarian Party of Arkansas was able to put the national presidential candidate on the ballot for much of its history but it didn't gain ballot access for state and local candidates until 2011 when the Libertarian Party of Arkansas turned in more than 16,000 signatures to the Secretary of State. Starting in 2012, the party can run Libertarian candidates in Arkansas for the first time. In 2023, it had to get recognized again as a newly organized political party (info) through the petition process.
