The Operations Committee of the Libertarian Party of California is a committee with the authority to exercise a subset of the powers of the state Executive Committee. It consists of five members -- the LPC Chair and four others elected by the Executive Committee.
Note that although this committee is similar in function to the Executive Committee of the Libertarian National Committee, the naming is different in the two cases. In the Libertarian Party of California "Executive Committee" is the name of the larger body while at the national level it is the name of the smaller body.
