An Interim County Organization (ICO) is the organization designated by the new rules of the Libertarian Party of New York to establish interim county committees for the purpose of certifying candidates for 2019 and preparing for the establishment of constituted county committees for 2020 and beyond. So far, 5 organizations have been formed.
