The Libertarian Party of California publishes a Program consisting of up to five planks which state interim measures and practical policies, designed to implement the LPC's positions on issues of interest to Californians. The Program supplements and may not conflict with the Platform and Statement of Principles. Planks are recommended from time to time by a standing Program Committee and take effect when formally adopted by the state Executive Committee.
