The East Bay Libertarian Party was a regional affiliate of the Libertarian Party of California.
It included Alameda and Contra Costa counties. It still operates as a sort of umbrella group for the current county affiliates for those counties.
Its newsletter was Libertarian Lifeline, published since approximately 1978.
History
Region Numbers
Alameda and Contra Costa counties together constituted Region 1 of the Libertarian Party of California in the numbering system in which regions generally corresponded to counties.
These two counties constituted Region 6 in the earlier 20-region numbering system.
