Mary Gingell was Libertarian Party national Vice Chair from 1983 to 1985 and from 1989 to 1991, and national Chair from 1991 to 1993.
Gingell was Chair of the Libertarian Party of California from 1981 to 1983. She was a Libertarian Party candidate for California state Controller in 1982[1]. She finished fifth of five candidates receiving 121,964 votes for 1.6% of the total vote[2].
