The Libertarian Party of Santa Clara County is a county affiliate of the Libertarian Party of California. Santa Clara County covers much of the area known as "Silicon Valley". The largest city is San Jose. Other cities include Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Milpitas, Palo Alto, and Cupertino.

The affiliate was part of region 43 when California was broken into numbered regions.
