College Libertarians of Towson: Difference between revisions

[[James Lark|James W. lark, III]] will be coming to campus on Wednesday, November 16th.  The speech will be called "The Libertarian Party: The Moderate Alternative," and there will be a question-and-answer session following the speech.

The CLT plans to hold a raffle soon to raise money.  Tickets will be just a dollar each, and the prize will be a brand-new bong.  We will also be showing the film ''[[Grass (film)|Grass]]'' to promote this raffle.

In December, the CLT will be teaming up with the Campus [[Green]]s for some pro-peace activism.

The group also plans to team up with the College [[Republican]]s to hold a [[gun rights|Gun Rights]] event.

Already making plans for the [[Spring]] [[2006]] semester, the group is scheduled to hold a [[marriage equality|Marriage Equality]] event in association with the Towson Campus Greens and the Queer Student Union.  This event will feature speakers, and is to be held on Valentine's Day.

Next semester the CLT will have two speakers come to campus to discuss taxation.
