	~~It is known there~~ was a meeting on this ~~date as several resolutions were passed but there is no further information~~ at ~~this time~~.		The April 11-12, 1981 LNC meeting took place in Portland, Oregon, in conjunction with the Oregon Libertarian Party Annual Convention. One outcome of the LNC meeting was the election of members to the [[Bylaws and Rules Committee (1981)\|Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules Committee]]. The committee was tasked with developing proposals for various rule changes, which were to be finalized during their meeting in Denver on August 25-26. Following this, the proposals and any amendments from the convention floor would be presented to the delegates at the [[National Convention 1981]] for discussion and voting.
