Due to a failure of the various Precinct Committeemen to refile at the appropriate times with exception of Mr. Eli Dalton-Webb, and the current laws governing Parties that have continuing representation on the Ballot in accordance with ARS; Only Mr. Dalton-Webb has authority to vote at the Biennial Organizing meeting. It is currently unclear whether a vote was decided or even if the organizing meeting was called as Mr. Dalton-Webb has refused to comment on the matter, therefore leaving the following information under dispute.
