I became a Lifetime member of the Libertarian Party in 1993. I went to the 2002 National Convention as a delegate because I wanted to make sure that our state Chair (Elias Israel) did not become National Chair (I supported Geoff Neale). I did volunteer work on Carla Howell's U.S. Senate campaign in 2000, her campaign for Governor in 2002, as well her initiatives to repeal the state income tax (2002 & 2008). I supported Ron Paul for President in 2008, and Gary Johnson in 2012 & 2016.
