			A: Most district lines are going to be redrawn in 5 years. No one is going to keep up with submitting new district maps or updating the current office holder. Half the time they don't even keep up with that at the state house/senate level on wikipedia. Unless it has some libertarian analysis beyond just "so and so is running for this district", if someone wants to provide context for a district I'd say just put in a link to wikipedia and update wikipedia if it needs to be done.
