I restored LibertarianWiki at an unpublished location which I emailed to Strangelv.  You can useSpecial:Export to copy pages from it.  Since all edits and talk page comments are 5 years old, they probably are not worth preserving.  Don't import the user pages.  The legitimate users haven't used them in 5 years, and most of my 200,000 users are spam.  Pstudier 21:10, 17 May 2015 (UTC)

:Many thanks!
:I admittedly have a different take on what is worth preserving.  There's noticeably older stuff here on LPedia.  Also, preserving the edit history is valuable for attribution.
:There's quiet a treasure trove, and my main difficulty is that Libertarianwiki had the opposite situation that LPedia has had: loads of contributors adding content and not enough housekeeping (for example, many valuble articles have no categories, some useful topics are split between two different articles with useful content even though they cover the same thing) -- which makes finding what's relevant for LPedia more challenging that it would have been otherwise.  I'm also still interested in hosting a mirror on siglib.org
:One thing that LibertarianWiki would have a situation getting back up and running is a lot of its content was done with a focus on immediately useful views and information that are now either historical or in need of updating.  One possibility of the mirror would be to only make edits that are housekeeping in nature and note that it's no longer in use (in which case we still need a wiki to serve the functions it once served that LPedia doesn't -- Starchild might be a good person to talk to about this).  Sorry if this is a bit of a jumble.  I'm not fully awake as I type this.
:There is a Mediawiki extension for merging accounts.  With a bot, all accounts created within a window of time where no created accounts were legitimate could be merged into a Deleted Account account.  Something I very much want to do with LPedia if it's ever going to be possible to upgrade it and install more extensions again.
:Possibly split Libertarianwiki in two?  Here's the legacy repository that only gets removal/reversion of copyright violations and categorization for the most part, and here's the place where things get migrated to that is to be actively used?
