National Bylaws and Rules Committee (2026)

The Bylaws and Rules Committee recommends bylaw amendments and convention rule amendments to the assembled delegates during national conventions. Those amendments are then combined into a committee report to be debated and voted on by the delegates at the National Convention.
Election of Committee
The initial committee appointments were made during the Libertarian National Committee meeting held on May 17-18, 2024 in Grand Rapids, MI, with the alternates elected in the following week. There were 20 candidates who applied and were listed ahead of the LNC meeting. 10 were elected. Kyle Davis was named Temporary Chair.
