Jay Manifold

Jay Manifold is a longtime Libertarian activist and fundraiser who served as vice chair of the Libertarian Party of Texas prior to succeeding Joe Barnett as chair in 1994. He served until 1998.

He presently maintains the space science blog A Voyage to Arcturus.
