Chuck Moulton, J.D. is LNC Vice Chair and chair of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania. He previously served as the Region 5 East alternate.
Chuck Moulton was elected Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party in July of 2006. Chuck holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology. Chuck is a lifelong resident of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. [1]
