Background
In July 2024, the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) entered into a Joint Fundraising Agreement with the RFK, Jr. Presidential Campaign, to form a Joint Fundraising Committee. (Links: 1, 2.) An appeal was filed by Appellant Caryn Ann Harlos with the Judicial Committee on July 14, 2024.
