Lawrence Baird has served as webmaster and vice-chair of the Riverside County Libertarian Party. He was chairman of the Los Alamitos Block Grant Committee for ten years starting in 1978 and was also a member of the Moreno Valley Parks & Recreation Commission for over ten years.
