The Libertarian National Committee met 21-22 February 2004 in Austin, Texas, with Chair Geoff Neale presiding and Secretary Steve Givot taking minutes.
At this meeting, additional appointments were made to the committees for the 2004 convention, and specific goals for 2004, 2006, and 2008 were set for various metrics outlined in the strategic plan.
