Please use standard naming conventions for pages

But for instance take a look at the moving I just did on the governing documents pages just created. Also those documents need to be put in the "Document" namespace as they should not be editable after they are put up except by an administrator as they are published items.
As an example, the 2018 LPCO Bylaws were moved to Document: Colorado State Party Bylaws 2018.

External Links would look better if they were named
The external links are raw links right now which clutter up the page and are meaningless to readers. To prettify a link you just need to format your references differently. For instance, instead of:
use
