Merissa Hamilton is a Libertarian activist from Phoenix, Arizona. She is the current 1st Vice Chair of the Maricopa County Libertarian Party and the Committee Coordinator for the Arizona chapter of the Libertarian Party Radical Caucus.
Political Campaigns
2016 U.S. Senate Campaign
In 2016, Hamilton ran for US Senate as a write-in candidate against incumbent Arizona Senator and 2008 Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain.[1]
2018 Arizona Gubernatorial Campaign
On July 10 2017, Hamilton launched her campaign for Governor of Arizona, seeking the Libertarian Party of Arizona's nomination.[2]
On January 28 2018, Hamilton withdrew from the race and endorsed Barry Hess.[3]
