Suzanne Gilmore is the current secretary of the Libertarian Party of Florida (LPF), vice chair of the LPF Membership Committee, member of the LPF Rules and Communications Committees. Prior to this, she served as Chair of the LPF Legislative Review Committee and member of the Communications and Conventions Committee.

She was was one of the founders of the Libertarian Party of Miami-Dade (LPMD), was the first LPMD Treasurer, and also served as the LPMD Secretary.

Formerly, Ms. Gilmore served as the Chair of the Miami-Dade Fire Prevention and Safety Appeals Board, appointed by the Miami-Dade County Commission, and served as a Hearing Officer for Miami-Dade County.
