Bill McMillen

William "Bill" B. McMillan is a New York Libertarian and Senate candidate. He was the Treasurer of the Libertarian Party of New York from 2002—2003 and Chair in 1985.

McMillan was the Libertarian nominee for the U.S. Senate in New York in 1988 and 1998.
