Added list of state affiliations
I recently updated all of the LNC regions pages, and decided it would make sense to remember what the previous state affiliations were via region so I dumped the information in list form onto this page. I didn't see another page for it ... if someone wants to transfer this to another page, that's fine, but I thought the information should be preserved somewhere on this site.
