Mary Gingell

Mary Gingell was chair of the Libertarian National Committee from 1991 to 1993. Gingell was a Libertarian Party candidate for California state Controller in 1982[1]. She finished fifth of five candidates receiving 121,964 votes for 1.6% of the total vote[2].
