Michael J. Badnarik (August 1, 1954 - August 11, 2022) was a radio talk show host, Libertarian Party presidential nominee (2004), US Congressional candidate, software engineer, and skydiving instructor.

In 2004, Badnarik won the Libertarian Party nomination for President at the 2004 Libertarian National Convention.
Badnarik passed away on August 11, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas as a result of heart failure.[1]
