Rick Bailie

Rick Bailie was the 2004 Libertarian candidate for US Congress (Missouri 5th District) as well as a former candidate for Cass County Commissioner. He's also run for city office in Belton.

He presently serves as treasurer for the Cass County Libertarian Party
