David Hoesly
David D. "Dave" Hoesly is a former Libertarian Party activist. He was an At-Large Committee Member of the Libertarian Party of New York from 1979 to 1980. He was elected Chair of the Genesee Region Libertarian Party in 1984 and 1990.
