Rich Purtell
Rich Purtell is a Libertarian Party activist and candidate. He is the Secretary of the Tioga County Libertarian Party, having been elected in 2017. Previously, he was Temporary County Chair and worked to form the chapter. He also ran for New York State Assembly in 2016. He was Political Director for the Libertarian Party of New York from 2018 to 2019.
